SOLO rent a car Marbella

I had a great experience with this SOLO. The booking process was smooth, quick, and completely hassle-free from start to finish. The vehicle was exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, and in excellent condition. Everything was spotless and the car was absolutely perfect on pickup. Both the check-in and check-out processes were very fast and efficient. I had no issues at all during the rental, and everything went very smoothly. I really enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommended.

*Edit* since writing this review there has been correspondence back and fourth and they have agreed to return my deposit in the end. DO NOT USE! I hired a car from here and it was all okay until one of the tyres went flat. I looked closer and it had been worn right down. I only had this car 2 days so know it couldn't have been me. I followed the correct steps by letting them know and they sent a truck out to recover me. I got a new car for the rest of my rental and returned it with no problems. I hadn't heard from them but they still had my deposit. I emailed them to ask about it and they hit me with an invoice for 4 new tyres totalling 773,25€! As well as other hidden costs totalling at €890. They can only discuss this over email as apparently it's a different department. This is not honest or fair business. I would recommend avoiding. There are lots of other car rentals in the area. If the company changes it's stance and discusses this with me I will amend my review accordingly.

Excellent service from start to finish. The booking process was easy, the car was clean and in perfect condition, and the staff were friendly and professional. Pickup and return were quick and convenient. I am very satisfied with the rental experience and would happily use SOLO Rent a Car again. Highly recommended!

Charged €100 for this and apparently some hair which they did not send me evidence of. Even though I paid FULL coverage! Clearly don’t clean between clients as expect you to valet after your use. I’ve seen similar reviews. Pure greed. We used to rent 7-8 times per year through this company but instead of valuing customers they would rather €100 euro 😂 Do not use this company

Super in Vreden friendly staff you are helped immediately I had to I had the car for 3 days wanted to extend it I could immediately get another car and then I could continue driving the same car really super company just a super to rader and you will also be picked up from airport and you will also be brought if you bring the car back I give this company a big 10 greetings Thomas Philippen
