Completely unacceptable experience with East & West Homes. They have withheld my security deposit without justification and have completely gone radio silent. They refuse to answer my phone calls, emails, or text messages. On top of the communication blackout, the property information provided beforehand was highly misleading. Avoid booking with this company—their lack of professionalism and basic customer service is shocking.Also thryctske a disorder for towels but won't refund. Beware and be cautious, much more honourable people out there - stay clear

The apartment was clean and very well located, just 5 minutes from the beach. The host was very helpful and responded to all my requests quickly. I will definitely stay at this apartment again in Marbella. I recommend it 100%.

Never in my life have I dealt with such an unprofessional and dishonest company. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a fully functioning house, you won’t find it with East and West homes. What you will find is a complete disaster. We stayed in one of their Marbella properties for a week, of which four of the nights we spent without electricity. No light, no air conditioning in 30+ degree heat, no kitchen appliances, no ability to cook or charge a phone. If you are lucky enough for the clueless staff members to pick up the phone, they will either hang up mid-sentence or deliver a vague "someone will come to fix it". As expected, no one will turn up. Now, a month after our stay, they still have not sent back our 1000€ deposit, which we have been told many times will be paid back to us. This company has zero accountability and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you enjoy being scammed, East and West Homes is for you. If not, do yourself a favour and book anywhere else. I am rating this one star because zero isn’t an option.

Absolutely amazing experience with East and West Homes! The property we stayed at in Marbella was even better than the pictures—immaculately clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The location was ideal, close to the beach and local attractions, yet peaceful enough to unwind. The team went above and beyond to make our stay special, providing excellent local recommendations for restaurants and activities. Their attention to detail and exceptional service made the entire experience unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday rental and will definitely book through them again for our next trip to Marbella. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free and luxurious getaway!

This property has very bad dampness, mould and musty smell. It is cockroach infested and furniture is falling apart. They have multiple air fresheners seeking to disguise the dampness and dangerous spores in the air in the property. This is not acceptable. We had to move to a hotel because it was very poor for the health of my children especially one child who has asthma. Also we booked as it had five bedrooms which it doesn’t. this property is in poor state and unfair description of the property. I would not have paid €5,400 for such a property. I took it that paying this amount would guaranteed me a high end property without dampness and must. These people are liars and steal from unsuspecting holiday makers - avoid at all costs . I sought compensation to no avail.

The utilities and service of East and West Home were beyond unacceptable. Over a stay of 1 week, we had severe power issues for the majority, with the power going out almost every 10 minutes, causing disruptions in wifi, periods with no hot water, and the fridge shutting down - resulting in a lot of food being wasted. East and West Homes handed it terribly, replying once every few days claiming they would send an electrician, which they never did. The company was almost impossible to reach. Not to mention, its been almost a month since our stay and they refuse to give our deposit back, with no damage having been done to the apartment. As usual, contacting them regarding this has been near impossible, with them hanging up on the phone when we asked to speak to the manager. Absolutely unacceptable. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely terrible, do not recommend. My daughter stayed for a week where for the majority of the stay there were power cuts, with little to no response from E&W homes. What is most appalling is the fact that the €1000 deposit payed a month ago has not been returned, with horrific response times and rudeness (being hung up on on the phone). Would advise to stay away from this company, you risk having a stay with no basic necessities, assistance and losing money. Shocking.
