Hermes Marbella Pop Up

Bad staff, when I visited this store a few months ago I wanted to buy my first Hermes product (a bracelet). I hoped that it would be one of many products from Hermes. But when I entered I had to wait 40 minutes. I get that’s it is a luxury store and the like to sell you the image off being busy and exclusive but come on 40 minutes is insane. After that the sales person decided to not look me in the eyes when talking and be quite absent. Not the way you would like to be treated in a luxury store. When I was done with the measurements for my wrists the salesperson told me to hurry up. I haven’t been back at Hermes since and I doubt that I will ever be. I like the brand and the "exclusivity" that comes with it. But I have had way better experiences at other luxury brands. Please Hermes fix this.

There are two Hermès boutiques in Puerto Banús, one large and one smaller store dedicated only to shoes. A quick tip, be careful with the opening hours. We went on Sunday and it was closed, even in the middle of summer. It is only open Monday to Saturday, 12 to 2 pm, then 3 to 7.45 pm, so it is worth planning your visit carefully. When we went back on Monday, there was a short queue outside. Only two assistants work in the shoe boutique, and each of them serves one client at a time, but the system is smooth and we only waited around 15 minutes. Once inside, the service was excellent. The sales assistant who helped us was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. She quickly understood what we were looking for, gave great advice, and made the whole experience effortless. Overall, a very positive Hermès shopping experience in Marbella. With a bit of planning around the schedule, it’s definitely worth the visit.

Disappointing experience at this store. I have asked sales about birkin and he repeated old story with wish list, so I went to other floor to check sneakers and heard him making fun of me out loud repeating my question. Such unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. Those sales representative think that they are higher rank of people. You are JUST sales representative!

In many Hermès boutiques, you’re met with a touch of arrogance. Here, not at all. The staff are kind, respectful, and genuinely attentive — a rare and refreshing experience. Even though the boutique is small, the service feels grand in every way.

Had an amazing experience. A lot of exotic shoes which you can never find in the states. Highly recommended visiting during off season (I visited in may). Amazing customer service. *Note quota bag wishlist is closed for now. I was told it’s about two years for birkin or Kelly.
