We've used Tecnoclima for ten years and think they are the best in Estapona for keeping all plant equipment, air conditioning and electrical equipment serviced and working well. Their communications are quick and pricing is fair. Overall the standard of work high.
Living in Spain now for many years had a different maintenance company which I left due to the lack of communication and always failing to turn up when it counted. I recently moved to tecnoclima after they resolved a difficult problem in which many could not resolve. Therefore I decided to have them for maintenance and can assure you they are excellent, they even sent me a technician on a Sunday as I had no hot water due to a fault in the system , there staff are friendly respectful and capable.I can strongly recommend them with no doubt .
1 star. I would not recommend Tecnoclima. I have been chasing them for months to get help with our ACs and a pump. When they finally had done their service visit it took them 7 months (!) to send an offer for a part that we needed replaced. Update: After this review, and a mail to the CEO, Tecnoclima has been in contact to apologize and thank for the feedback. They have assured me that they can and will help me and that the issues in the organisation has been taken care of. Giving them 2 stars because they handled this OK.

TecnoClima is the best! We had wildfire damages at our house and they were there right away to salvage everything and afterwards restore all damages. I would recommend this company to everyone!
