Absolutely horrible service. Eva, who works there, is extremely unprofessional and rude. The cars are in very poor condition and are often dirty, but that is not even the worst part of the experience. They took my deposit and never returned it, even though I brought the car back with a full tank. Four different employees confirmed that the deposit had been released, but when I contacted my bank, they informed me that while the original hold had indeed been removed, the company charged the full amount again a few days later. On top of that, they charged me an additional €38 for a "deep cleaning" fee. The car was perfectly clean inside when I returned it, and the exterior was in the same condition as when they handed it over to me. In fact, they gave me the car covered in bird droppings, and when I asked whether it could be cleaned, I was told that it wasn't possible because the cars are parked outside and "it is what it is." Despite this, they expected me to return the car fully cleaned. This has been, without a doubt, the worst car rental experience I have ever had, and I am still fighting to get my money back.

Absolutely horrible experience, very rude staff, cars dirty and in poor quality. It’s been 3 weeks since I gave back the car in perfect state and full tank and I did not get my deposit yet! I have send them several emails claiming it back as by phone 3 times they lied to me that they have send it back and they are saying that they cannot give me any information due to data protection as they did not add my email to their database. They are asking the primary driver to contact them but I was primary and the only driver and I was robbed. At this stage I will have to take legal actions to get my money back but please if you don’t want to be robbed do not ever rent with this scammers.

We rented a car here in September and had a great experience. The staff member at the desk was very friendly and even upgraded us to a Audi A3, which was much appreciated. We later noticed a slightly damaged tire, but luckily it caused no issues. The only small suggestion is that baby seats could be pre-installed as part of the service. Overall, we’d definitely recommend and would rent here again.

Very bad client service l went there 15 mins before the pick Up and there was no seats at Office to sit down.l had to wait out side standing Up.

Auto drive, better

Very smooth experience. I booked a car online, went to the office, picked it up and drove away in 15mins. The ladies were very nice and did a good job. The deposit was refunded within 24hrs. I left the car on another place (Almeria Renfe) and all went smooth there too. Very nice experience, already doing it again!
