First of all, this review is long overdue since I’ve been dealing with this firm for the last three years with two properties I bought on the Costa del Sol. I can’t say enough positive things about my real estate attorney, Sofia Lanza . Her attention, service, and professionalism go far beyond what you would normally expect from an attorney. My emails are usually answered within an hour or two, and her responses are always clear and straight to the point—which is extremely important when you live abroad. Recently, I had a very stressful situation involving my apartment in Marbella. Sofia immediately stepped in and arranged a meeting with another lawyer within 24 hours, completely free of charge. The meeting helped me calm down, and I felt reassured that everything was being handled in the right way. I know she genuinely has my best interests at heart. For example, as my power of attorney, she handled banking matters on my behalf, including arranging money transfers without requiring my presence. She also made sure everything was done in the most cost-effective way, saving me unnecessary fees. If I could give this firm 10 stars, I would. In 2019 we decided to buy a house in Spain. Very early on, Manzanares were recommended to us.
