One Marbella Real Estate

I cannot recommend One Marbella highly enough! We have been working with Debbie and Alan for over 6 years now, they look after both our rental properties in Marbella & Estepona, communication, reliability, professionalism. Nothing is ever too much trouble. We have had a continuous flow of tenants since we started renting and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our properties. We have also found trusted tradespeople through them too when wanting to renovate our properties. The whole process runs so smoothly and makes renting our properties far more easier from the UK.

Absolutely appalling experience – avoid at all costs. From start to finish, dealing with this estate agency was a nightmare. When we encountered serious issues with a difficult landlord, instead of support, we were met with dismissiveness and outright rudeness. Debbie promised us the full return of our €4600 deposit and assured us she would assist. In the end, we received only €2000, and suddenly it was "not her issue" – she completely washed her hands of the situation and ignored any further communication. Alan, who handled viewings, was consistently rude and condescending. He would smirk, speak over us, and make us feel as though our concerns didn’t matter. We were told they couldn’t accommodate us due to their family visiting, but when my family was visiting, they scheduled multiple viewings and expected me to stay in — which I did, respectfully. Their treatment of tenants is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Hi there, just want to post a well deserved 5-year review to One Marbella Real Estate 👍 To be honest, we had one of our best experience here in Spain for the past 4,5 years with this Real Estate. Debbie and Alan were both very attentive and spot-on on all kind of feedback for our questions. We can only give our very best recommendations, Debbie is on top all the time and at your service during the process. A million thanks both for your Top Service 😎👍 All the best, Leif and Duddi (now living in Marbella)

First class service from start to finish with Debbie and Alan...honest, reliable and a exceptionally smooth process! Debbie and Alan have both been fantastic. They have went above and beyond to help me and my husband. We struggled to find a rental property when we were out visiting marbella, but they didnt give up, and managed to source me a property whilst i was back in the uk. They even did a live video viewing as i couldn't be in Spain the view it. They were extremely quick at responding to any questions I had and very friendly and professional
