Our dog is always excited to see Jesús when he takes care of her. He sends photos and videos, all of which she is wagging her tail and happy. He has taken care of her about a dozen times and we are so glad we found him.

We are very happy! Our dog has stayed here several times now for walks and day care, and once for four nights. Already on the second visit, our dog was genuinely excited to see him again, which immediately gave us a great feeling. It’s clear that our dog really enjoys being here and feels comfortable and safe. We can see that he is well cared for, gets plenty of attention, and is treated with kindness. We receive updates, photos and videos during his stay. We highly recommend Raico Mascotas and will definitely continue bringing our dog here with complete peace of mind!

Delighted with Jesús. My two dogs spent two days with him and I was very calm. He kept me constantly informed by sending me videos of their walks and how comfortable they were in the house. Very happy with the great care Jesús gave to our dog Charmander. Our pet stayed for seven days at Raico Mascotas. Communication with Jesús was fluid and constant, which allowed us to know the status of our pet at all times. Every day, Jesús sent us several videos of Charmander throughout the day (at least three) very well narrated, describing each day with Charmander. We felt that our dog was in good hands: we saw him taking good walks on the beach, playing with other dogs at the accommodation, etc. The direct contact and daily interaction of the sitter with the pet makes both the dog and its owners feel comfortable and confident about the stay, seeing that our dog felt at home. On the last day when we went to pick up Charmander, our dog was calm and relaxed, clean and happy. We left Jesús a suitcase with Charmander's bed and his things. Nuestra mascota ha estado alojada durante siete dias en Raico Mascotas. La comunicación con Jesús ha sido fluida y constante lo cual nos ha permitido conocer el estado de nuestra mascota en todo momento. Todos los días Jesús nos envíaba varios vídeos de Charmander a lo largo del dia (mínimo tres) muy bien narrados, describiéndonos cada jornada con Charmander. Hemos sentido que nuestro perrete ha estado en buenas manos: Le hemos visto dando buenos paseos por la playa, jugando con otros perretes en el alojamiento, etc. El contacto directo y la convivencia diaria del cuidador con la mascota hace que tanto el perro como sus propietarios, podamos sentirnos agusto y confiados de la estancia al ver que nuestro perrete sintiéndose como en casa. El último día cuando hemos ido a recoger a Charmander, nuestro perrete estaba tranquilo y relajado, limpio y contento. Le dejamos a Jesús una maleta con la cama de Charmander y sus cosas.
