A transformative experience This retreat has been a true gift for me. It has been a few days of disconnecting from the daily rhythm and, at the same time, of deep connection with myself. It allowed me to stop, reflect, look inward, and become aware of aspects of my life that needed attention and care. I especially highlight the atmosphere of respect, trust, and closeness that was created from the very first moment. The dynamics and tools used were very well-guided, allowing each person to live their own process at their own pace and with authenticity. I take away valuable lessons, new perspectives and, above all, greater serenity and clarity to face this new stage of my life. I also take away the affection of the people with whom I shared this experience and the feeling of having given myself a very necessary time. Thank you to the entire team at the Escuela de Crecimiento for creating such a human, professional, and transformative space.
