NEVADO REALTY

I have used this agency as both seller and purchaser. Both occasions service was excellent. We worked with Yolanda who was extremely helpful and has perfect English. Highly recommend from my experiences with Nevada and especially Yolanda.

We recently rented an apartment in Marbella for a month through Nevado Realty and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The agency was professional, responsive, and very easy to deal with. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, from the initial enquiry through to the final arrangements. In particular, Maria Torres was outstanding. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to help with any questions we had. Nothing was too much trouble, and her attention to detail and genuine customer care made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. It’s refreshing to deal with an agent who is both highly professional and personally invested in ensuring clients have a great experience. Thanks to Maria and the Nevado team, our month in Marbella was seamless and thoroughly enjoyable. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nevado Realty—and especially Maria Torres—to anyone looking to rent property in the Marbella area.

Nevado Realty is a very professional, multi lingual real estate agency that are dedicated to find viable solutions to finalize real estate transactions. My experience with them was very positive, they were easy to work and were dedicated and efficient. I would highly recommend them if you are in the real estate market.

My house was for sale for 18 months with other real estate agents and had lots of visits with no real interest. within a few months of putting it for sale with Nevado they had many people seriously Intersted, and they sold it. They do not waste time and only bring people who are very Interested. The staff are so lovely. Congratulations to Alicia for a fantastic sale! Thank you Nevado! You are honestly one of the only REAL real estate companies in the Marbella/Estepona area!!!

Nevado Realty were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Loreto helped us find and rent our apartment in Marbella and was incredibly friendly, professional and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Nevado and Loreto.

Alicia was absolutely fantastic throughout our home-buying process in Marbella. She went above and beyond her role, providing support not only during the sale but even after. Always available, responsive, and incredibly dedicated to her clients, she made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and personal touch truly set her apart. Highly recommend!

Alicia is excellent!! She has been helping us to find our new home and has listened to all of our requirements and finds us properties to match but also thinks outside the box to show us possibilities that we hadn’t considered. She is very professional and at the same time very friendly and approachable. I would highly recommend Nevada realty and Alicia to anyone searching for a new home.
