Very disappointing experience. The room did not meet basic standards of comfort or ventilation, and caused physical discomfort, so we left on the same day. We were initially told a refund would be provided, but this was later denied. I would not recommend this accommodation.

The location is perfect next to the center of Marbella and beaches. It has secured parking on-site (free when I went there), a big swimming pool, huge communal spaces with sofas and tables, a microwave for you to use (as there's no kitchen it is well appreciated) and some pool tables. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Included breakfast was great considering it's included in the 19€ bed rate. Room was basic but comfortable with a nice powerful shower. Towels and soap were provided for free (not sure if it's always the case or just an off-season thing).|Would certainly recommend!

We paid 120€ for a room, we chose this stay because of the swimming pool but it was closed. Our room was basic, the door of the bathroom did not work, we didnt have soap or shower gel. We had to pull the sheets for ourselves. The guy at the reception was very nice, the location was good. To sum up the room was basic, it wouldnt be a problem, but for 120€ it is.

The good thing is in the old town and near to the sea, although the rooms are okay but the breakfast is really bad nothing they have offer. The pool is really good. With the low price this place can be the best choice

Very close to city center. Very hot water. Nice view from the window (the sea). Nice area. Good reccomendations from the staff. We took our room on booking and it seems that if we wanted to receive the price we contracted we needed a tourist card. Otherwise we needed to pay 2euros per person. Though, the person at reception was very nice and helped us. The best point is it's location. Very good. I would definitely stay there again.

This is one place that is at a walking distance to both the bus station and the old town. Decent and clean room. Good shower. You have a swimming pool and a tennis court, though I did not see anyone using it. The negative is the breakfast - terrible quality. Better eat outside.

Great location, quiet but near main centre. Helpful friendly staff. Decent sized rooms €28/night incl reasonable greakfast, pool? Lounge etc.|I was pleasantly surprised. Good sized rooms with en suite. Def revommend for basic stay.
