Clínica María 3

I had an appointment for LPG at 12.00. I was driving so I was there a bit earlier because it takes me about 15 min to get there. When I was already near by they asked me if we can move my appointment to 12.30. I was ok with that. When I got there I waited another 20 minutes with my small dog which I had in his little bag all the time. No one said anything about the dog while I was waiting. Finally after all the waiting I get picked up by the lady working there and she brought me to the room where I was supposed to get my treatment, then she said that the dog cannot be in the room. Ok I said I can put him back in the waiting room. When I get there she all a sudden tells me that I have to bring him outside. Which makes no sense as we was already sitting there for 40 minutes waiting and no one said anything earlier.

The most important thing I like about this clinic is that they treat you like a person and not just another patient. All staff I came into contact with were friendly and helpful. I would go there again but hopefully I won't need to. 😊

Treatments with Yaiza are incredible! She takes her time and is very kind!

My experience at Clinica Maria 3 is very good, the attention received from the staff who work there is excellent. The treatment and attention, etc., received from my psychologist Laura is stupendous. HORRIBLE !!! I went to get toxin. . 1- IT DID NOT WORK AS IT SHOULD !!! It is the first time this has happened to me (I have been getting it in other clinics for years) They didn't want to take responsibility. I wrote to them many times, trying to get Dr. Celina to get in touch with me and give me a solution in whatever waiting time was necessary and she never did. The customer / patient service after paying is terrible 2- They try to sell you the toxin treatment for more parts of the body to increase the price (chin, neck, shoulders etc etc)HORRIBLE !!! Fui a ponerme toxina. . 1- NO FUNCIONÓ COMO DEBERÍA !!! Es la primera vez que me ocurre ( llevo años poniéndola en otras clínicas ) No se han querido hacer cargo. Les escribí muchas veces, intentando que la doctora Celina se pusiese en contacto conmigo y darme una solución en el tiempo de espera que fuese necesario y nunca lo hizo. La atención al cliente / paciente después de pagar es pésimo 2- Te intenta vender el tratamiento de la toxina para más partes del cuerpo y así aumentar el precio ( mentón , cuello , hombros etc etc )Translated commentShow original
