I went to this center to correct a small asymmetry at the bottom of my left eyebrow. The result was a disaster; not only did it fail to correct what I asked for, but it moved the design above my natural brow, leaving the pigment completely outside of the hair (she herself admitted during the touch-up that it had moved up due to a supposed "grain" that was actually a mole and much higher than my brow). Due to this serious design error, I have had to undergo laser sessions to try to remove the pigment they left floating on my forehead, which is now a very unsightly yellow tone. The worst part is not the human error, but the customer service management. They gave me the first laser session for free, and the area stayed completely red. When I went for the second session, they intended to charge me for it. We had a long conversation that went nowhere because she was unable to accept her mistake; in the end, she didn't charge me for that session, but she told me that I would have to pay for the rest of the sessions out of my own pocket, and then she stopped answering my messages and explanatory videos, ignoring me completely. They play with the faces and self-esteem of their clients and, when they make an OBVIOUS mistake (for which I have video evidence and messages where they admit they went outside the design), they wash their hands of it. I do not recommend this place at all; if you have a problem, they will leave you stranded.Acudí a este centro para corregir una pequeña asimetría en la parte inferior de mi ceja izquierda. Debido a este grave error de diseño, he tenido que someterme a sesiones de láser para intentar eliminar el pigmento que me dejaron flotando en la frente, el cual ahora está de un tono amarillo muy antiestético. Lo peor no es el error humano, sino la gestión de atención al cliente. La primera sesión de láser me la dejó gratis y la zona se me quedó completamente roja. Al ir a la segunda sesión, pretendía cobrármela. Tuvimos una larga conversación que no llegó a ninguna parte porque era incapaz de aceptar su error; al final no me cobró esa sesión, pero me soltó que ya el resto de las sesiones las tendría que pagar yo de mi bolsillo, dejando de contestar a mis mensajes y vídeos explicativos, ignorándome por completo. Juegan con la cara y la autoestima de las clientas y, cuando cometen un error EVIDENTE (del cual tengo pruebas en vídeo y mensajes donde admiten que se salieron del diseño), se lavan las manos.
