Typical of so many other showrooms in Marbella… we were in there for at least ten minutes, looking at what was probably one of the most expensive cars in there. Two people with customers, one guy on his computer at the desk, completely ignored us. We waited… and waited… nothing. Eventually, we left. Your cars aren’t up to much anyway. As we did, the same guy came out for a cigarette, proving he wasn’t busy in the first place… swiftly joined by a colleague doing equally as little. We left and went to Ocasion Plus next door. Amazing service from the moment we entered. You could learn something from them!

I had a fantastic experience buying a used car. Despite the fact that I knew very little Spanish, the procedure was stress-free and enjoyable. Found the exact car I needed in fantastic condition at a reasonable price, with exceptional customer care and attention to detail, particularly from the Flexicar employees (Bobby and Ocsar), who delivered genuine service and responded quickly to any concerns.

I got a car from flixcar Marbella, the service was very nice and the staff " guadalupe" was helpfull enough to explain everything to me. The car was shinning clean when i got it and she should me everything i need to know.

Buyers be warned. I had a terrible experience buying a car from this company. I feel lucky I even got the car at all. The whole experience was a disaster from the moment I paid the deposit. They never even supplied me with the documents of the car after insisting I pay the high fee for them to do the transfer. And after 6 months of chasing them over and over again, people hanging up the phone etc etc. they now simply say it's not their problem. So now I have to pay a gestor to get duplicates from trafico. If I treated my customers like this I would not expect to have many customers in future. Oh, and they will reply to this review telling me to email them and they will follow up. total lies! I've reviewed them from a different google account, emailed them straight away, and then guest what? No reply, no Nothing, Nada! the worst customer experience you can imagine.

Very good support from sales rep Guadalupe during the sales process including transfer of car ownership (which was a bit complex for us).

I deeply regret purchasing a vehicle through Flexicar. On August 21st, I paid €16,710 for a car, and nearly 7 weeks later, I still have no vehicle. Not only has there been no delivery, but for the past 4 weeks I’ve received absolutely no response from the agent handling the sale, Alex. Three weeks ago, I even went in person to the Marbella Flexicar branch, where I was told the vehicle would be ready the following week. It’s now been more than two weeks since that promise, and I’ve been met with nothing but complete silence from everyone at Flexicar. I formally requested a refund last Friday, providing evidence of payment and proof of no replies to my messages and calls, but I have had no reply whatsoever. I have emailed Flexicar at both of the email addresses provided, yet they continue to ignore me. This is a blatant breach of the agreed delivery timeframe and of basic consumer protection laws, which require delivery within 30 days. Instead of professionalism, I’ve been met with silence, broken promises, and a complete lack of accountability. If I do not receive my full refund within 14 days, I will have no choice but to take formal legal action and file complaints with the relevant consumer authorities in Málaga and Andalusia. Save yourself the stress—do not trust this dealership.
