Excellent, great service and ver professional
Today I went to buy materials for the first time and one of the guys there served me very well, honestly, and when I went to pay I told the girl at the register to open a file for me because I intended to keep buying there, since I am an authorized installer, and that woman told me it was better to just make an invoice with the details I gave her; next, I asked her if she would give me a professional discount and she literally answered that it was "net." What a stupid way to lose a potential customer.Hoy fui por primera vez a comprar material y unos de los muchachos de allí me atendió muy bien la verdad,y cuando fui a pagar le dije a la chica que está en la caja que me abriese una ficha,porque tenía pensado seguir comprando allí,ya que soy instalador autorizado,y dicha mujer me dijo que mejor me hacía una factura con los datos que yo le dijese,a continuación le pregunté que si me hacía algún descuento como profesional y me contestó literalmente que iba en "neto". Que forma más tonta de perder a un potencial cliente

I had a technical doubt and Javier gave me a quick solution, good organization and distribution of the merchandise throughout the store makes the shopping experience very pleasant.Esta tienda es fantástica, encantado siempre de volver a esta delegación. Trato insuperable por parte del personal de almacén Pablo y Abel como por Alba que estaba en la caja .
