One of my favorite gym’s in Marbella! Laurena is truly the best when it comes to yoga, Pilates and Lagree! Her mega former classes are incredible, fast paced and just a fabulous workout!
I attended Nikki’s class at the new studio at Forum. She always brings the best energy and joy, and she is an incredible trainer with so much knowledge. The music is also amazing. I’m always in my best mood after one of her classes.

As a constant visitor at yours, my absolute favourite trainers are definitely Emma & Nikki. Always amazing energy and vibes. They’re really showed me the difference between "working-out" and sculpting and toning the deep muscle tissue. God bless them, Aleksis
