Spa Experts came within a few hours of calling them and fixed our hot tub, which required a brand new pump that they had in stock. They are very organised and the sales representative Hector speaks perfect English and is very efficient. The first company I tried (Hydrospa) quoted a 14+ day estimate and the technician was very rude to me when I told him I couldn't wait that long and therefore had to go elsewhere. Spa Experts were head and shoulders above them - highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! Couldn't fault them. Hector and his team are prompt, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They've made our spa purchasing experience an absolute pleasure and we would use no other specialist from now on.

I was very impressed with their service. The pump in my pool broke and they were able to fix it the same day! I also used them for a few other additions to my pool and it was done with great care and quality. Recommended!

Very poor after sales service. It seems once the warranty period is over they don’t want to visit to service your equipment, just interested in selling a new product.

Spa Experts will tell you they will call back, but never do. Have tried this several times by now. The few occasions they have actually turned up their fepairs have failed again within a few months. Will never use them again and will not recommend anyone to use this company

The best company in the Costa Del Sol for pools, spas, saunas, steam rooms, and more. Their team is very creative when it comes to designing bespoke pool concepts. Always great professional service that goes above and beyond expectations even for regular pool maintenance work. Love seeing all their amazing work on Instagram @spaexpertsmarbella. Bad experience. I requested a visit to a house I am promoting to install a sauna and a jacuzzi. They asked for the plans before the visit, and two weeks have passed and they haven't called me or replied to my email, at least to confirm receipt. I have complained by email and by phone for at least one response and they tell me they have a lot of work and that they will do it soon. I give one star because it won't let me submit it with zero.Mala experiencia. Solicité una visita a una casa que estoy promoviendo para montar una sauna y un jacuzzi. Me solicitaron los planos antes de la visita y han pasado 2 semanas y ni me han llamado ni me han contestado al correo, confirmando al menos la recepción.
