CostaSpine Aloha

Excellent. Emiliano was very good at the physical part, but his biggest gift was locating the actual reason for my problem - seating posture and height at my desk. He suggested lowering my seat a little after the first appointment and after the second he suggested altering it a little more, and that did the trick, so I haven't needed to return. Very happy and now pain free!

I play a lot of golf, and after having minor back issues for a long time, it suddenly became more acute and I needed more professional help. On the recommendation of others, I visited Rebecca , a chiropractic at Costa Spine Aloha. She not only resolved my acute problem with muscle spasms in the lower back, but also went through my entire body from neck to hip. The root cause was more complex—the main issue was my hip and a long-term imbalance following a hip joint operation. Rebecca worked on different parts of my body and gave me a rehabilitation program that made me feel noticeably better within just a few days. With the help of the exercises, I have also developed a stronger core to prevent future problems. The exercises were tailored for golf as well, which has improved both my mobility and strength in the relevant muscle groups. I can highly recommend Costa Spine to others.

Michael has been brilliant! My son Taio had two appointments ready for his golf tournaments in Spain, very happy with the treatments and Mike is a great guy! Highly recommend!! ⛳️🏌️‍♂️

Emiliano is a great guy, I had a great experience with this chiropractor. He is professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. After just a few visits, I noticed an improvement in my pain and mobility. The office is clean and welcoming, and the staff are friendly. Highly recommend!

I received excellent physio treatment, support and advice from Daniele following an ankle fracture, which has really helped me with my recovery. The clinic receptionist was also great.

I was suffering from frequent migraines, and Rebecca, my chiropractor, treated my neck, worked on the pressure points, and performed an adjustment. Since then, I haven’t had a single migraine. Thank you, Rebecca, for your amazing help!
