I do not recommend this company. Every time they send a different person with different cleaning capabilities, from good people to people who seem like they have never done a cleaning in their life. The last time, I took photos immediately after the cleaning showing very obvious dirt that the cleaner had left behind. I had to do a cleaning on top of the cleaning already done. They did nothing but say they were going to speak with the cleaner. Days later, I discovered that the person had thrown away a piece of my terrace hose; it probably fell off when I used it and they found it easier to throw the piece in the trash instead of informing me of what happened. I informed the company, but they never answered me, much less offered any refund for the poor cleaning and the uselessness of my hose.No recomiendo esta empresa. No hicieron nada sino decir que iban a hablar con la limpiadora. Dias después, he descubierto que la persona había tirado una pieza de la manguera de mi terraza; seguramente se cayó cuando la utilizo y lo vio más fácil tirar la pieza a la basura en lugar de informarme de lo ocurrido. Everything was great and super clean. I had to cancel the appointment because I had some issues with work, but they gave me another appointment quickly and without any problems. Additionally, they let me know that I had a couple of burnt-out lights and they fixed those too so that my guests would be comfortable.
