My second year with them and if I have more children I will return to Moonlighting! Delighted with everything, the treatment, the teachers, with Flor who is a sweetheart, always so attentive. Without a doubt, for me they are the best nurseries in Marbella. My daughters start the course crying and after a few days they take the teacher as their second mom 🤣🤣. My girls are happy here! Our son is about to finish his two years of daycare, and we couldn't be happier. A couple of days ago, we visited the school and something left us quite uneasy. Without the educators noticing, we were able to hear how they were addressing the children, especially one of them. While they were in the courtyard, she spoke to one of the little ones in a rather unpleasant way, with a tense tone that was clearly inappropriate for a children's environment. The situation impacted us because the child was not doing anything out of line, and yet, the treatment was harsh and disrespectful on several occasions. We understand that complicated moments can arise in the day-to-day, but precisely in a nursery school, patience, calm, and respectful communication are expected at all times. As parents, we leave our children in the hands of the center, and these types of attitudes are completely unacceptable. It is worth noting that it was only 11:15 in the morning… We were also surprised to be told that the teachers rotate between several centers, as we consider it important for children to have stable figures in their daily routine. In our case, after what we witnessed, it did not convey the trust we were looking for and was the deciding factor in ruling out this school.Hace un par de días fuimos a visitar la escuela y hubo algo que nos dejó bastante intranquilos. Sin que las educadoras se percataran, pudimos escuchar cómo se dirigían a los niños, especialmente una de ellas. Mientras estaban en el patio, se dirigía a uno de los pequeños de una forma bastante desagradable, con un tono tenso y claramente inapropiado para un entorno infantil. La situación nos impactó porque el niño no estaba haciendo nada fuera de lugar y, aun así, el trato fue brusco y poco respetuoso en varias ocasiones. Entendemos que en el día a día pueden surgir momentos complicados, pero precisamente en una escuela infantil se espera paciencia, calma y una comunicación respetuosa en todo momento. Como padres, dejamos a nuestros hijos en manos del centro y este tipo de actitudes son completamente inaceptables. Cabe destacar que solo eran las 11 y 15 de la mañana… También nos sorprendió que nos comentaran que las profesoras rotan entre varios centros, ya que consideramos importante que los niños puedan contar con figuras estables en su rutina diaria. En nuestro caso, tras lo presenciado, no nos transmitió la confianza que buscábamos y fue determinante para descartar esta escuela.Translated commentShow original
