Received my tv joinery & headboard last month, and so far I am so please with the quality & service. From the customization meeting, to the install team's attention to detail & care was top. 👍 Will be ordering more custom furniture from there in the future.

After waiting for a budget over a month, still nothing. Absolutely pathetic service. I followed up various times, but nothing. They justify that its due to summer holidays, but over a month for a budget?... I wonder how they do the actual instalations and what sort of delays they cause... Shame, the place actually looked promissing.

Came across I & L quite by chance and was so glad that I did. I needed someone to help me design and make bespoke furniture and Stephanie with her team of carpenters rose to the task. As well as providing soft furnishings and custom made headboards they furnished all my bedrooms as well as creating other pieces. They also made custom made to measure very large framed mirrors for full walls in my entrance hall and kitchen. I’d just tell them about an idea and they would design and deliver! The craftmanship and professionalism was impressive and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Instalaciones & Lacados and Stephanie to anyone. Catherine D 😊

A sloppy company like few others, I feel totally cheated. I hired them to build the kitchen of my house and it has been a nightmare. More than 9 months of work in which they have tried to scam me multiple times by pretending to increase the initial budget by charging for work twice. In the end, they left several finishes unfinished upon seeing that I wouldn't give in to their blackmail to pay them more money. If I had known, I wouldn't hire them, not even if I were crazy.Empresa Chapucera como pocas, me siento totalmente estafado. Más de 9 meses de trabajos en los cuales han intentado de estafarme en multitud de veces pretendiendo subir el presupuesto incial cobrando trabajos por duplicado.
