Abbey Wealth Spain

I have sent over 30 emails over the last month and repeatedly tried calling the office in Ireland and Málaga. I have no answers as to why the full surrender of my pension for which I paid Abbey Wealth 2k GBP in January is nowhere to be seen. It's 2 months after the date I am supposed to have received my pension. I guess next step is formal complaint to financial ombudsman and legal action. Not exactly what I was hoping for in terms of Abbey Wealth customer service.

Couldn't agree more. The Spain phone numbers are incorrect. Dublin have promised an up to date statement. Still waiting after a week. Advisers keep leaving. Since Victor France took over Abbey have gone downhill. Was told Vesper would contact me. Still waiting. Not even an email. Maybe it's only her and her husband(presume,) working there. Terrible company and I will look for another adviser.

Terrible customer service since I was given a Spanish policy representative. Typical substandard Spanish customer service……I will never use them again in future

Transferred my pension portfolio to AW some 2 years ago and never looked back... Wish I'd moved from SJP sooner. Matthew Turner maintains an appropriate level of contact to advise on performance and market conditions etc. He and his Team are always responsive and efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

My exprience overall to date has been very positive, as has my contact and dealings with my personal advisor Sadie Webb. She has dealt with my portfolio very professionally maintains regular and close contact, tailoring investment packages to my requirements
