We are so thankful🙏😇 On April 13, 2025, it will be four months since our sweet Nelli crossed the rainbow bridge🌈 She turned 17, and we had a wonderful time together, but we will never be prepared for this day🥀 We thank Yilenia and Azucena so much🙏These two angels from Funeral Vet accompanied us so lovingly and made our pain more bearable. We were incredibly happy that you performed such a sensitive cremation so quickly, so we could take our Nelli home that afternoon, because we had to go back to Germany the next day. There truly aren’t words to describe how grateful I am to Yilenia and Azucena. They went above and beyond in every possible way — their kindness, care, and compassion were beyond anything I could have hoped for. They took their time with everything, showing such genuine empathy and respect for Kismet and for me during an incredibly difficult day. I honestly don’t know how I would have got through it without them. Their presence made something heartbreaking feel peaceful and dignified, and I’ll always be thankful for that. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart for the warmth, understanding, and love you showed — it meant more than words can ever express.

I have no words to thank the two wonderful people who accompanied us during one of the hardest moments of our lives, the loss of our dog Podi. From the first call, they treated us with incredible warmth and humanity, helping us with everything and making every step easier. We wanted to be able to take him to the crematorium, have the cremation done the same day, and receive his ashes the next day, and that is exactly what happened. Thanks to them, everything was a little more bearable. They welcomed us with so much affection, offered us a room to say goodbye, and were by our side at every moment. We were very surprised and grateful because we hadn't found anything like this anywhere else. Desde la primera llamada nos trataron con una calidez y humanidad increíbles, ayudándonos en todo y facilitándonos cada paso. Queríamos poder llevarlo al crematorio, que la cremación se hiciera el mismo día y recibir sus cenizas al día siguiente, y así fue. Gracias a ellas, todo resultó un poco más llevadero. The first thing I remember is the comforting hug these wonderful people gave me as soon as they saw me, and how they treated me, my partner, and my child (who passed away that same day) with spectacular love....
