Such an amazing experience from start to finish. Diego and Jessica were absolutely fantastic when my girlfriend and I came in to rent a car. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I always struggle a bit with Avis central customer service, and have historically not always had the best experience with Avis. But o'boy, I'm not using any other service in Marbella ever again. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the office was calm, easy to get to and we got a great car. We wanted to extend the rental, one phone call, great price an 0 hazzle.

He offered us a worry-free package at a fair price, and both the pick-up and return process were smooth and hassle-free. We even received a free vehicle upgrade, which was a nice surprise. We have been billed an additional service without us requesting it. We called to understand what was the additional service, the agent told us that they don’t know and redirected us to customer service who never answered us. The additional service on the billed mentioned "an additional driver fee" however we asked different times at the agency if it was free, and the agent who gave us the car said that it is free and showed us on the screen that the fee was equal to zero euros.

Great experience as usual hiring a car with Avis from the Puerto Banus, Marbella office. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. The service is always efficient and professional both collecting and returning the car and I’m always made to feel a valued customer.

Do not recommend this car rental company. I returned the car with a full tank at the airport, and at the drop-off they confirmed everything was fine. However, 5 days later they charged my card for missing fuel without providing any proof that the tank was not full. Customer service was very poor, and I’ve heard from other customers that they’ve had similar issues and problems with this company as well.

The people for our rental both on the day of getting the car, at the reception and the one who checked the car after bringing it back were both very sweet, nice and friendly! And they gave us some nice recommendations. It was all easy and simple. Thank you.
