Rebecca has gone above & beyond to make sure that my tenants departure & new tenants arrival went as smoothly as possible. She even helped pack & move both sets of tenants items. Scarlett and Steward made our purchase process very easy. We gave them a budget and search area and they short listed properties for us to view. Once we had decided on a property they recommended a solicitor and the process from agreeing the purchase to completion only took 8 weeks (and we stayed in the UK!). They have been in constant contact from the beginning and continue to help with transferring the internet etc. I would highly recommend Mila Homes and already have to many of our friends!

Me and my wife worked with Mila Developments on our renovation and were really happy with the results. The team was professional and easy to work with throughout. Paloma Harrington kept everything running smoothly, and Rim, our designer, came up with great ideas that really improved the space. Highly recommend them.

Absolutely non professional agency. They rented apartment with hidden flaws knowing about it. Mila Homes didn’t return money at all. We understand the situation, though this does not qualify as a valid reason to cancel a legal agreement. Our team completed all the work required on our side, in full and on time. The choice made by the clients to leave early was entirely their decision, and we respect that. However, it does not change the fact that the service contracted was delivered. Under these circumstances, no refund can be issued, just as we did not receive any compensation for the time and resources already invested.
