I’m determined to post an accurate review of my experience with this company. My original review was 100% truthful and accurate. James took offense and had google remove it. So, here I am again. I won’t waste my time recounting my experience. Suffice it to say the agent assigned did not listen to my desires as to properties. She did not work to arrange viewings for properties I found myself. Everything was done through the Affinity list. After barely three weeks she had the nerve to imply I was not serious. I immediately terminated with them. I found another agency and within five weeks I had signed a contract on a nice piso. It’s a shame James can’t accept the fact that his agent did a poor job and work toward improvement.

Bad customer service! I contacted this real estate agency for a visit and, for personal reasons, requested to reschedule the appointment in advance. Not only did they adamantly refuse, but the communication was also completely inappropriate. The treatment was arrogant and they made inappropriate comments, with a tone that bordered on the personal. I find it unacceptable that customer service is based on a lack of empathy and verbal abuse. I do not recommend it. ______ Update: In response to your comment, I would like to clarify that I did ask to reschedule the appointment. The manager's reply was to blame me for the cancellation, saying things like "I don’t know if it can be rescheduled" and "because of you, someone had to go there". On top of that, they questioned my condition with a comment such as "I don’t have a crystal ball to know if you got sick". Word for word. I find this attitude completely unprofessional, rude, unhelpful, and lacking any empathy. I request that this situation be reviewed and the manager’s behavior investigated.

It is not often that I am moved to provide the very highest of reviews but the following review is specially for Anne Oye of Affinity Property Services. My wife and I have owned a holiday home on the Costa Del Sol for over thirty years and having moved a few times I feel that we have a good enough understanding of the buying and selling process here which can be very daunting for those considering a purchase for the first time. On this occasion we are buying what should be our last property and via A place in the Sun website enquiry we were contacted by Jack Harris of Affinity Property Services who then introduced us to their agent Anne Oye who provides a very personal service with specialist knowledge of properties located south of Marbella . More importantly however it was her honesty, dedication and perseverance to find the best property for any budget that leaves me with no hesitation to recommend her and Affinity to any prospective buyers of property on the Costa Del Sol especially those buying for the first time Thank you Anne
