Private Chef Marbella - My Chef at Home Spain

We had the most wonderful evening thanks to Ilona! She came to our villa in Málaga as a private chef and exceeded all of our expectations. Every dish was absolutely delicious – the fresh tuna was incredible, the starters were beautifully presented and full of flavour, and the paella was honestly one of the best we've ever had. Not only was the food exceptional, but Ilona was so kind, warm, and professional. She made the whole experience feel really special, and nothing was too much trouble. She also left the kitchen absolutely spotless, which was such a lovely touch. If you're looking for an unforgettable private dining experience, I couldn't recommend Ilona more highly. What an amazing experience! A member of my family had a big birthday, with the result that relatives descended on us in Marbella from the UK, US and Australia. Rather than go to an expensive restaurant, we decided to give My Chef at Home a try. What a great decision! Ilona and her team came to my apartment in Marbella and served the most astonishing dinner. It could not be faulted - definitely Michelin Star quality. Highly recommended. We will certainly be calling on her again.

Highly recommended is what I should start with. We were in Marbella in March to celebrate my husbands birthday, and the villa which were staying put me in touch with Akos. We sorted menus, prices, and timings months in advance and the communication was great and very accommodating to my requested menu changes. Having not done this before i wasn't sure what to except, and I'm so glad i wasn't disappointed at all in fact all 14 of us were so impressed. The chefs arrived on time each day, food was served at agreed times, and they were friendly and professional serving us plenty of delicious food and there were always left overs (and they washed the dishes!). I would definitely recommend and use again myself. Thank you to Akos and team.

We were celebrating a 65th birthday in Marbella and had ‘my chef at home’ come cook for us on the apartment terrace. What can i say? WOW!! What an absolute treat! Firstly were spoiled with homemade sangria followed by the ‘Spanish experience’ which consisted of a selection of tasty tapas and the most delicious freshly cooked paella! We were too stuffed to have the strawberry dessert so that served as breakfast the next day! Very tasty! I would absolutely recommend ‘my chef at home’.. a really friendly guy who sure knows his business!

We had Andres at our vacation home for a week and I can’t speak highly enough about how amazing he was!!! His cooking is Michelin rated and he is so professional. He cooked two to three meals a day for us and they were all unbelievable with both presentation and taste. If you are visiting Malaga or Marbella, you can’t find a better chef. And if you are hosting more and need a waiter and bartender, his associate Boris is phenomenal.

My now wife and I reside in the US and we hired Akos remotely to cater our 30 person destination wedding outside of Malaga. This was one of the best decisions we made. From the beginning, Akos was responsive and communicative while we inquired about hiring him, answering all our questions and helping to customize the perfect menu for us. He even hopped on a video call with us to assure us that even though we were hiring a caterer from 3000 miles away, that we were in good hands. Most importantly, the food was exceptional - hors d'oeuvres served by staff, tapas, the main dish seafood paella and chicken paella, cheescake dessert, and more. I really can't stress how unbelievably delicious every single dish was. Our wedding guests continue to rave about the food months later. The service was extremely professional. Every single guest was absolutely floored with the food. Our wedding would not have been the same had we not hired Akos and I highly recommend his services to anyone who needs catering for an event or private dinner service. Thank you Akos.

Absolutely amazing. Akos was incredible and made my mums 60th birthday party extremely memorable. From initial booking he was easy to communicate with, gave advice and answered all questions. At the event he was super professional, confidently talked through each dish and was super warm and friendly. I would recommend him 100%
