Visited store on 25/8 and very Rude lady. Poor customer care. Asked not to shout but she continued. Will never go to that shop again.

Today, January 11th, my son and I went to buy a Nintendo Switch 2 at GAME in La Cañada, priced at €469.90. Le digo a la chica que me mire los puntos y me dice que tengo 9, algo de euros de descuento,( a los que cuando miro el tiquet son 3€). Le voy a pagar y me dice que le falta 56 céntimos y le doy dos euros y vuelve a contar y me dice que le falta 4 €. Le digo que cuente bien y me dice que le falta 10€, le digo al compañero que lo cuente el y me dice que le falta 1€. Ya aburrida lo contamos y resulta que me tienen que devolver ellos a mi 41 céntimos. Me cobran y le pido la bolsa y me dicen que no tienen. Solo bolsas de las que valen 1 euro y pico. Me parece que hay que tener más cuidado con el tema ventas porque me falto nada para irme. Después de casi 500 euros gastados.
