Hello, I was on vacation last week and bought a pair of shoes from your store. When I unpacked them at home in Zurich, I noticed that they had some scratches, so I would like to return them. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt during my vacation. I have also been trying to contact you by phone, but the number always seems to be unavailable. Could you please let me know if there is a specific time when the phone line is reachable, or if there is another way I can arrange the return without the receipt? Thank you in advance for your help.

I am amazed how the team are always professional Compared with Dubai, I really enjoy my shopping at marbella where everyone is welling to help and make you comfortable. And special thanks to the manager who was extremely amazing and professional. Please try to influence United Arab Emirates branches. That would be much appreciated!

Massimo Dutti, a big shame, I don't know what's going on with these people, can we call them people? they charge customers 0.10 cents to give them a bag and if you don't have 0.10 cents in your pocket you carry the shoes in your hands, a shame Overall what they earn is not enough, whatever something exaggerated, they also want the 0.10 cents, they are not ashamed... in what a world we live of people who no longer know how to behave....

Love Massimo Dutti. Glamourously casual. Fitting excellent ladies and mens fashion. Only one problem for me is the length of trousers skirts dresses etc. I purchased from them more in ireland in dundrum shopping centre dublin. The staff are well mannered elegant and management are fortunate to have them.

One of the more relaxing branches of this ubiquitous chain of affordable fashion shops. Here in Marina Banus they do appear to make a bit more effort to provide enough manpower at the counter/tills, which is otherwise the usual problem at this type of shop.

Beautiful clothes but if you are small you can struggle to find anything in your size. Having said that, coats and jackets come up small!

Very nice, lots to choose from. clothes to shoes and belts etc. Friendly staff quite helpful & not expensive at all fair price.
