We had an amazing experience at the Chanel boutique today, thanks to our sales advisor, Nabila. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. Her knowledge of the products and attention to detail were exceptional, and she gave us honest, thoughtful advice throughout our visit. We’ve visited many luxury boutiques before, but we’ve honestly never received service as outstanding as this. Nabila made the entire experience truly special and memorable. Thank you so much for everything, we can’t wait to come back

Wonderful experience at Chanel Marbella. Jaime was incredibly kind, attentive and professional. He helped me choose my beautiful small bag and made the whole visit feel very special. We were even treated to delicious champagne, which made the experience even more fun and memorable. Thank you for such wonderful service — I will definitely come back to see Jaime again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Best Chanel store, we’ve ever been in, we first went into this store about 3 weeks ago, its location is beautiful set in the Marbella club hotel, when we arrived we was greeted by a hostess and she directed us to Nabila , now our one and only Chanel sales person , she was outstanding offering us beverages straight away then went over and beyond to find what my wife was looking for . So friendly and professional advice , no hard sale at all. Made us feel so comfortable We returned to Marbella 3 weeks later where I contacted her to find my wife some earrings shed wanted for a while , when we arrived in store she had a full selection for my wife to choose from , even some matching broaches , my wife was so pleased, I can honestly say with experiences like this we’ll never shop Chanel in any other store and never without Nabila

Today, July 16, during the launch of the new collection, I joined the waiting list to make a purchase, as usual. When I first asked about my position in the queue, I was told there were 10 people ahead of me. The second time I asked, I was told there were 6 people ahead, although the wait was already becoming unusually long. When I asked again a little later, I was suddenly told there were 15 people ahead of me. How is that even possible? Instead of receiving a clear explanation, I spoke to the lady at the door, who was supposed to be managing the queue. Rather than trying to understand or resolve the issue, she simply insisted that I was wrong and that what I was saying was impossible. The entire situation demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, customer care, and problem-solving. Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and showed no regard for the customer experience. This level of service is completely unacceptable for Chanel and falls far below the standards one would expect from a luxury brand. Frankly, the service I received was more in line with what I would expect from a fast-fashion retailer than from Chanel. Ridiculous

My favorite Chanel boutique. The SAs do an excellent job - they are always kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Of course, I’d love to highlight Maribel, because she’s my SA and absolutely wonderful to me! 🫶🏻 But it wouldn’t be fair not to mention that the entire team is incredibly professional and highly qualified - every consultant truly goes above and beyond to help! Thank you, guys!

We had a wonderful visit to the Chanel store in Marbella. The atmosphere in the boutique was very pleasant and the service was excellent. A special thank you to Jaime for the outstanding consultation — he was very friendly, professional, and attentive. He took his time with us and made the whole experience truly enjoyable.
