Terrible. Wait one week, get a call saying your lenses don't fit the frames, can you come in to change them. 10kms drive and done. Ready in a week, 'special speed up' and we'll call you later. Now TWO weeks later, no call and they cannot locate my glasses or order. "Will call you back in 5 minutes". Now 15 minutes and zero again. Pointless. Cancel, money back and compensation the only option.

I want to share an experience I had today at your shop in La Canada. To congratulate and thank the assistant Ivan. He was all the qualities you would expect from a Solooptical employee. I had a poor experience at the Miramar shop in Fuengirola. Ivan is an important asset to your business. Please reward him accordingly

I ordered glasses from them last year for 600 euros. Even though I explained the lenses will be too heavy for the frame they suggested, they insisted they would make sure that doesn’t happen. After all, they were too heavy and I would get tremendous headaches and wasn’t able to actually use the glasses. I came back to see what we can do, they said they have no other frame that would be able to carry the weight of my glasses (which is not true) and couldn’t help me. Then my glasses fell off my face into the sea because of the weight but I had paid for insurance for loss or damage. They told me I didn’t have the insurance coverage. When I filed an official complaint, they arranged for me to meet with the manager on a certain day. I drove 100 km to go and the manager was off that day. No one from the staff could help me and they kept refusing to show me my record in their system to prove that I hadn’t paid for insurance. I have been buying glasses for over 30 years in different countries and this is honestly the worst one ever.

Great place for getting new glasses. It went smoothly in English with their staff. Very nice staff and very nice glasses. Would recommend for anyone visiting!

I was given an appointment with Yaxira Garcia. I had no intention of buying hearing aids. But after my appointment with Yaxira her brilliant professionalism and understanding my concerns. She was extremely helpful explaining and doing various test(I have never had so intense and worn hearing aids for 17 years ) I was and still am so very impressed that I’m happy to buy my hearing aids.
