Cines Kinépolis Marbella La Cañada

Currently at the 14:20 screening of the new Mario movie. The cinema is full of posters, merchandise displays, and ads promoting themed popcorn buckets—yet they don’t even have basic cardboard ones available. It’s only the second day of the movie’s worldwide release, and a cinema of this size and reputation hasn’t stocked anything at all. I asked staff, and they confirmed there won’t be any later today, tomorrow, or at any point. To be clear, I’m not even talking about the special Luma or Yoshi buckets—just standard cardboard or metal ones. If you’re on the Costa del Sol, you’re honestly better off going a bit further to Málaga or Algeciras and visiting Yelmo Cines instead. This place simply isn’t worth your time or money.

Bad service. I asked to change the date of my ticket, they saw me 30 min outside waiting for my friend who didn't arrive and they refused. You get 2 stars just because I'm kind. I should give 1 star. Haha

The cleaning crew began cleaning the salon when the movie was about to start. The audience had to wait in the hallway outside. No big deal except it was so hot that you literally dripped of sweat. Thought that once we were inside (the salon) there would be cooler, that they had an AC. Nope. + 30 degrees Celsius in the theater/salon as well. The sweat was dripping from our faces, as well as from our backs and legs. When we got up of our seats almost 3 hours later (we saw the latest mission impossible movie) the seat was MOIST of all the sweat. This really ruined the experience. It was a horrible experience to be honest. Would not recommend anyone to go there to watch cinema.

Since the refurbishment it’s a really nice cinema. Comfortable seats, good selection of sweets and drinks. Helpful staff

Went to the cinema this evening and the staff member who I think his name was Jose was the most helpful person that we have met since coming to Spain!😂👌🏽 very good at his job and a lovely person , this definitely is making us want to come back again!

This stupid cinema scammed me first I payed 11 euros and for what the cola tasted like ice and the popcorn was so hard and I brought Doritos from home and they thought I got it from the shop so they charged me 6 euros extra for MY DORITOS and the seats were uncomfortable

Really average cinema . Chairs aren’t that comfy . Screen rooms are small. Food isn’t good at all . Really basic but convenient. Staff is very friendly !
