Mail Boxes Etc. - Centro MBE 0060

I mailed my documents today for US Appostiles using this location. Ana was very helpful. She meticulously prepared my labels (one going to US and another one as self stamped return envelope). The service was excellent. She spoke very good English which is a plus. The location is also very convenient with lots of parking options.

Avoid. Sent a UPS shipment from here. Ok so the receiver refused delivery for some reason not Mail boxes fault. However I then went there twice to try to resolve, the first time the guy there, said sure I’ll get them to redeliver. Didn’t happen, I went back same guy, he outright lied and said it cost them more money, but he did do it, no record of this on the UPS site, curious. So I offered to pay and asked him to redeliver it to a different address of my Co director so he could take these important documents. Next update on UPS, they are destroying the documents as they are undelivered. No record online of either request being made. Either it was never done, it couldn’t be done or I was lied to. Either way I could have been contacted wasted two weeks on something that was urgent.

We worked with Anna in mailing something to Alicante. Her English was great. She was very Friendly and extremely thorough. I liked the way she double checked all the details!

Do not use at all. I paid for insurance on an item for a value of 2000€, and the owner, Otilia, refuses to open a claim with Fedex.
