Didn't call, didnt text, didnt email. Emailed to say DELIVERED. Went to reception, no delivery, no delivery was attempted Contacted corrier to be advised its been returned to sender as refused delivery at the door... impossible as I was not at the door.... Believe the 1* reviews and try to avoid where possible

It's the second time I've purchased something online from a company that uses this courier and on both occasions they've failed to deliver saying that I wasn't home. Very strange considering I work from home and am here all day!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Nacex. They claim to have attempted delivery eight times, yet I never received a single call, WhatsApp message, or any form of notification. No missed calls, no delivery slips—nothing. For over four weeks, I was left completely in the dark, wondering where my package was. If there was a problem, they should have contacted me immediately instead of making multiple failed attempts without notifying me. To make matters worse, I only found out about these supposed delivery attempts after I contacted the seller myself. At this point, the package was already being returned, meaning I had to wait even longer for a refund. A professional courier service should communicate with customers and ensure that deliveries are successfully completed. Nacex completely failed in that regard. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend them at all.

Nacex said they tried to deliver twice they did not as I was at home and there is a concierge… on top of that they have left my packet in an office 25 kms away from me!!!!! They could have left it in an office closer but couldnt be bothered obviously.

Terrible customer service and delivery. They ask if you want to deliver the package to a pickup point due to a possible absence, you select it, and they don't deliver it to the indicated point; what's more, they directly mark you as absent even while you are at the address. The tracking indicates there is an incident and to contact them, but if you try to contact them by phone, nobody answers. I have called for two days during the supposed service hours and no one answers. First and last time I request something through this company, without a doubt, the worst courier company in the entire area, and that is said by someone who receives packages almost daily from all types of delivery companies.Nefasto servicio de atención y entrega.
