It was a wonderful experience working with Eva Díaz Puche. She helped us find an apartment for our family of four, and we toured a few places in different neighborhoods before deciding on our place. She gave recommendations for furniture, helped navigate utilities, insurance, and she met with us on the day we received the keys to our apartment. She made sure we were properly set up in our apartment as well. Communication was excellent, especially since some of the time we were in the United States. I would recommend Eva to anyone. Shocking agency KW Marbella, we bought a house paid the offer deposit. We was 1 day out of contract (without even realising)- a without any contact at all they sold the house within 24 hours of this even though they still had my 6000€. Made them sign a tighter contract than what we had so we couldn’t even get the house back! didn’t even give us the opportunity to one ‘offer more money’ if that’s what was wanted or two We could have been cash buyers again if we needed to!! This was our dream home an Alfonso was highly unethical and sneaky, this is terrible business an terrible service we called KW to speak to a manager- our lawyer also called the owner to explain what had happened behind our backs. Yet no one ever contacted us back! Not only are we devastated to lose the home we got accepted on! But disgusted of this unethical behaviour.
