Boutique Gaudí

0 stars — Unwelcoming and deeply disappointing My mum and I were excited to browse this boutique, but the experience was anything but pleasant. From the moment we walked in, the store owner looked us up and down with clear disapproval. She followed us closely as we browsed, and even rearranged clothes immediately after we touched them — as if we weren’t supposed to be there. When we tried to explore further into the store, we were told the clothes were "too fine" for us. I’ve never encountered such blatant rudeness and judgment in a shop. We were made to feel like we didn’t belong, and it was both humiliating and infuriating. If you value respectful service and a welcoming atmosphere, I strongly suggest you stay away from this place.

I saw a comment on here saying that the sales lady ‘was so rude that it’s iconic’ and I have to agree. She was so rude it was actually funny. She said I'm too skinny to shop here even though I am a size 8/10 and when I asked for prices she acted like I couldn’t afford it. She said that the jackets were too classy for me and wanted me out of the store. I have no issue dropping a couple thousand euros on nice clothes, but the owner should at least not be a c-word 😂 I was so confused by the whole exchange! I would’ve bought stuff!

I have to give the one star… but this woman that thinks she is all that, is so rude! Fatshaming a customer. And closing part of the store for me. Aparently I was not the target audience 😂. She can keep all this stuff for herself, no problem

AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!! What on earth is up with the woman in this shop????? She was extremely rude to us. We greeted her with a hello and she started spewing hateful comments at us in Spanish shouting "hola hola hola!!!!". I asked her what her problem was but clearly we were not welcome. She chased us out of the shop with even more rude comments. I hope someone ends up reporting this witch and have her shop close down.

This store should be shut down- they are not open to sell- they are there to be rude and chase people out! Disgrace to fashion- and for Marbella !!

I would give zero stars if it was an option. The only reason I am giving it the one star is to leave a review. The sales person in the store is horrible!! Rude and absolutely dreadful. Started harassing us as soon as we walked in. Basically assumed we couldn't afford the clothing in the shop and snatched away the item my friend was looking at. I don't know how this store is in business with this "customer service". I am not surprised to see all these awful reviews. This lady deserves to be fired. And if she is the owner, I don't know how she is in this business. She is a joke!

One request would be that she has the shop set up 'appointment only' rather than putting people through a nasty experience. I'm sure she has her reasons but her behaviour was repulsive and she obviously has zero manners or self control. Save us all the bother & lock your shop door.
